By implementing a successful off-market campaign, we were able to secure a like-minded community-based group to take over the operation of this boutique facility in the inner east of Melbourne. Negotiations resulted in a secure future for both staff and residents, which was a key outcome requirement.

A boutique Residential Aged Care facility being part of the Inner East Community Health Service (IECHS). A group with a 100-year history of providing medical and Aged Care services on the site. The IECHS was divesting from its Aged Care services but remaining on-site to provide their health and medical services. A key outcome was IECHS wanting to secure a positive result for the facility’s staff and residents.

Amicum was appointed to run a truly customised and unique marketing campaign in which key outcomes were required to be achieved if it was to be deemed a success for the client.

By capitalising on the method of sale and Amicum’s depth of the local market, suitable parties were identified and invited to the campaign and multiple offers secured.

The client was then in the envious position of selecting their preferred buyer to run the facility and employ their staff.
